The Challenge
The email service platform was receiving hundreds of inbound leads per week,but the quality was inconsistent. Many leads came in with personal email addresses, incomplete company information, and no clear signal of buying intent.
The SDR team was spending hours manually researching each lead, attempting enrichment across multiple tools, and still missing high-value opportunities buried in the noise. Response times suffered, and qualified leads went cold.
What We Built
We designed an automated enrichment and qualification pipeline that runs the moment a lead submits a form:
- Clay-powered enrichment: Company data, tech stack, funding, headcount, and LinkedIn profiles pulled automatically
- AI scoring: Claude scores each lead against ICP criteria and buying signals
- Chatbot qualification: Qualified leads are routed to an AI chatbot that asks discovery questions and schedules meetings
- Voice agent handoff: Hot leads receive an immediate call from an AI voice agent for same-day qualification
The Outcome
The system now processes 100% of inbound leads with zero rep involvement until a lead is fully qualified. Response time dropped from hours to seconds. The SDR team focuses exclusively on closing,not researching or qualifying.
